As soon as the chat and phone advisors hear it’s about a withdrawal they have only one response and that is that they will escalate your concern to the Operations Support Team. They will not even give you the mailing address if you want to write Operations Support a real letter instead of write them an email. The chat and customer service phone advisors are useless. You can’t process withdrawals on a prepaid vanilla cards so why do they even want it? It’s impossible to speak with the Operations Support Team or any manager at 888. ![]() They still want copies of a prepaid credit card used in February. I gave 888 all the documents they need relating to MuchBetter, PaySafe and my E-transfer that resulted in deposits into my 888 account. I tried to make deposits using other prepaid cards but they were rejected by 888 so I used MuchBetter, PaySafe and E-transfer instead. 888 claims I made deposits using other prepaid credit cards but that's not correct. I did what most people do after they use a prepaid credit card and threw it away once I used it. Why do they need a copy of a Vanilla VISA prepaid card from February 2023? That pre-paid vanilla card was thrown away. I want to stress 888 verified my account on March 13, 2023. 888 asks me for a copy of a Vanilla Prepaid card I used to make a $25 deposit in February 2023. I asked for a 2 withdrawals both on and they have come up with excuses and delays not to process the withdrawals far beyond that 72 hours. ![]() I have found that 888 hold on to your withdrawals indefinitely and they are not dealing with the players in good faith. The on line gaming site of 888 says they have a 72 hour holding period before processing withdrawals.
